Reeden serves aboard the Crusade Leviship captained by Allen Schezar. In Escaflowne he is a member of the Abaharaki.
He fights with his sword, but also appears to carry smoke bombs.

- In the light novels, his mother runs a restaurant in Palas.
- In the anime Reeden refers to Gaddes as sarge, while in the movie he refers to him as captain.
